Once payment is made, we’ll add you to our access system and send your gate and key safe codes. You can then move in at your chosen time.
Step 4: Move In and Start Storing
Drive straight up to your container. Use the code on our app or keypad to open the automatic gate. Your unit keys will be waiting in a secure key safe, so you just need to enter the code we’ve sent and unlock your space. You’re then ready to store.

Step 5: Ending Your Agreement
When you’re ready to move out, let us know by email or phone. Empty your container, leave the keys in the key safe, and send a quick photo. Once we confirm your unit is empty, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
