We will assess a building or plot on the following criteria:-
• High prominence buildings and land (i.e. main road frontage), preferably close to or in a retail park.
• Close to a concentration of small and large businesses.
• Minimum 30,000 population within 15-20 minute drive time.
• Land of minimum 0.5 acre to 2 acres and buildings of minimum 8,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft with 8m eaves.
• Freehold only.
• 2% commission on completed sale price to Agents for 'off market' introductions.
