You can reserve your storage unit, complete your agreement, and move in online. The whole process is contactless, meaning you do not have to meet us to get access.
Go to our location page and pick the location you require.
Choose your storage unit size and rent your unit, we will then send you your access codes. Make your way to the selected location, open the electric gate via the keypad entry system or your mobile phone with the use of our app, and drive right in. Head over to your assigned storage unit and your unit keys will be in the key safe on your unit. Use the code we have provided, unlock your container, and you’re ready to store!
RENT A UNIT
Choose a location, find the unit size you need, and click on “Rent a Unit”. You will be directed to our bookings page. Select a unit type and choose a unit from the drop down option. Now pick a move in date and complete your agreement and ID security check. Once complete, you will be asked to pay a £120 fully refundable deposit and your first month rental.
UNIT ACCESS
Once you have paid online, we will add you to the access system. You will receive a code for the gate and a code for your unit's key safe. Please only leave the keys in the key safe if your unit is empty! Use the code we have provided, unlock your container, and you’re ready to store!
ENDING OUR AGREEMENT
At Self Stor, we have a 7 day notice period. Your contract automatically renews every month. If you want to vacate your unit, simply email or call to let us know. You can use your storage for the whole period you have already paid for. Then empty and lock your container and leave your keys in the key safe. If you send a picture of your empty unit and keys in the key safe, we will then refund your deposit.
